ACCORDING TO THE INVENTORY CARD FOR THIS PROPERTY, THE DWELLING WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 1835. ALTHOUGH IT HAS BEEN ALTERED ARCHITECTURALLY, THIS RESIDENCE IS PRESENTLY IN GOOD CONDITION.
