Additional Information:THIS OTHER VERNACULAR STYLED RETAIL BUILDING FEATURES A BRICK EXTERIOR WITH A LARGE, SHED ROOFED CARPORT ATTACHED AT THE FACADE. ACCORDING TO THE INVENTORY CARD DESCRIBING THIS PROPERTY, THE EXTERIOR WALLS ARE ALSO COVERED WITH ALUMINUM SIDING. THE BUILDING, WHICH WAS DAMAGED BY FIRE ON JANUARY 15, 1994, WAS CONSIDERED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION BEFORE THE ACCIDENT. A DRIVE IN RESTAURANT CURRENTLY HOUSES THE STRUCTURE.
