PALLADIAN WINDOW, IONIC COLUMNS VARIOUS SHAPED DORMERS ROUND ARCHED PORCH ENTRY. Owner has blueprints. Once served as the Heavenly Inn B&B.

Local industrialist Melvin Perry built this house as his residence in 1909. The interior incorporated materials produced by Perry's firm, Algoma Seating and Veneer, to showcase the product line to potential customers.
