| Additional Information: | SEE ISF Resurveyed March 2014; third-story windows replaced. 2014- "This 3-story Side Gabled hotel was constructed in 1897. It is irregular in plan with clapboard walls and an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in plan with a two-story porch spanning the width of the façade (the second story of the porch was added c.1950). The southern half of the building has a third story with a front-gabled wall dormer at its center.
