Additional Information: | Resurveyed April 2014; changes include the replacement of all porch windows and the addition of vinyl siding. 2014- "This 2-story Side Gabled house was constructed c.1885. It is irregular in plan with vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces north and is symmetrical in plan with a 1-story hipped-roof porch spanning the width of the façade. The porch has been enclosed with pairs of 1-over-1 windows. Above this, the second story contains two individual 1-over-1 windows and a gabled wall dormer with a pair of 1-over-1 windows. A stone chimney is located on the west elevation." -"STH 42: Bluff Ln (Gibraltar) to Country Walk Dr (Sister Bay)", WisDOT#4140-19-00, Prepared by Gail Klein, (2014). 2020 This two-story Side Gable house was built circa 1885.26 It occupies an irregular-shaped footprint and terminates in a side-gable roof that is sheathed in asphalt shingles. A front-gabled wall dormer is centered on the building’s primary, north elevation. This elevation is symmetrical with a hipped-roof porch spanning the full width of its first story. The porch is enclosed with windows and is accessed from a replacement door on its east elevation. Paired windows are centered under the dormer in the second story of the façade, and are flanked by single windows. The building exterior is clad in vinyl siding, and a large stone chimney is located on its west elevation. Windows are one-over-one replacement units. A one-story, two-car garage terminating in a front-gable roof is located east of the house, and connects with the house via a one-story side-gabled hyphen. |
