2014- "This 2-story Side Gabled hotel was constructed c.1900. It is irregular in plan with vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The eastern elevation contains various sizes of 3-over-1 and 4-over-1 windows with decorative shutters and a projecting entry bay. The bay contains a modern door with sidelights. The second story contains a pair of single-pane casement windows with decorative shutters. The property is currently part of a large condominium development."
