Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. This is a "Century Farm." SEGMENTAL ARCHED WINDOWS. 1/2 ROUND WINDOW IN GABLE. DOUBLE CRIB LOG BARN. HEADERS EVERY 7TH COURSE. As of 2009, the log barn had been demolished, an addition to the south side of the house had been constructed and a pole building added to the property. Builder was Florian Marin; his father dug the basement using a "slusher" borrowed from a nearby town. Bricks came from George Peter's Brickyard.
