Additional Information: | This two-story farmhouse was built in c. 1860. It features a cross-gabled roof capped in asphalt shingles, and a brick chimney is located on its south façade. Its walls are clad in Cream City Brick, and the building is largely symmetrical in its plan. A two-bay central gable is flanked by two-bay sections to the north and south. Each of these sections features a single-story porch spanning its length and an entrance. Fenestration consists of one-over-one sash windows, and the building features arched lintels over the two first-story windows within the central gable section. The property also includes a barn to the south of the house, a silo on the north façade of the barn, and a shed or garage building to the southeast of the house. The barn features a fieldstone foundation and wood siding. |
