Served as an assembly/dining hall for the State Experimental Game and Fur Farm until it became part of the MacKenzie Center in the early 1970s. From 1941 State Experimental Game and Fur Farm Manual: "The main floor of this two-story building is used primarily as a meeting hall for conservation organizations and clubs desiring facilities of this nature. An up-to-date kitchen is maintained and furnished with the necessary cooking and eating utensils. The upper story is utilized as living apartments for farm personnel, and the basement has rest room facilities for the general public." |
