NOTES
Additional Information:The Queen Anne style house at 421 Church Hill Rd was constructed c. 1880. The two-story house is of frame construction, covered by a hipped roof clad in asphalt shingles and walls clad in clapboards. There is a gabled roof ell on the rear (west) elevation, and protruding, gabled wall dormers on the side elevations (north and south) with roof returns. A flush, gabled wall dormer with roof returns and a single pediment dormer are visible on the façade roof face. A hipped roof porch wraps around the southeast corner of the façade extending to the rear, supported by square posts on a wood porch with modern balustrade and railings. The porch base is covered by a modern lattice. Windows are a combination of vinyl replacements and wood. A large vinyl picture window is visible under the porch on the façade, with single or paired six-over-six sash windows throughout. A craftsman wood window is visible in the façade dormer, and there is an octagon window on the south (side) elevation on an east facing enclosed bump out. An additional modern deck is visible on the south (side) elevation on a graded slope with lattice. A rear additional covered porch was added c. 1955.
