| Additional Information: | 2023: This c.1890, two-story commercial building has a rectangular plan, flat roof, and red brick cladding. The front (east) facade has a recessed modern entrance door with an adjacent door leading to the second story apartment. The facade has replacement storefront windows with a modern brick knee wall underneath. Above the storefront windows and entrance is a canvas awning and wood panel cornice. Terra cotta rosettes and concrete coping are visible at the roof cornice. All windows on the second story are one-over-one and double-hung, and feature jack arches and arched brick window hoods. The storefront and second-story windows have been replaced. Two windows at the rear of the side (south) elevation are infilled. The side (south) elevation has a stepped roofline and painted mural. |
