NOTES
Additional Information:2023 - This Colonial Revival House was constructed circa 1950. The two-story house faces north and is clad in wide aluminum siding, with a hipped, asphalt-shingled roof and concrete block foundation. It is symmetrically arranged, with a carport attached to the eastern side and supported by vining wrought iron posts. The main entrance is located in the center of the first floor atop a brief concrete stoop. The round-arched doorway with multiple lights is sheltered by a heavy semicircular lintel with oversized corbels beneath the bases. Bays of three, one-over-one windows in plains surrounds flank each side of the entrance. Second story windows consists of bays of two six-over-one double hung sashes with metal storms, and a string of three smaller six-over-six double hung sashes centered above the entrance. Windows of the second story abut the soffit of the overhanging eaves. Non-operable shutters flank most of the window bays throughout the house. The house shares a driveway with 160 Horseshoe Lane (AHI 53970).
