Additional Information: | 2023: This one-story single-family residence is a Ranch form constructed circa 1960. The house stands at the southwest corner of 10th Avenue and Mary Street with a principal elevation facing east toward Mary Street. It is rectangular in plan with a side-gabled roof encompassing the living space and the attached garage and a front-gabled projection that rises from the north end of the roof. The exterior is predominantly clad in aluminum siding with board and batten over stone veneer along the principal elevation. The entrance is recessed slightly below the front-gable and is accessed via a concrete stoop with wrought iron support. A full-height, rondel glass sidelight flanks the single entrance door. A fixed sash, tripartite picture window is adjacent to the entrance and centered in the principal elevation. Below the front-gable, smaller one-by-one sliding sash windows are set below the eave. The attached garage is at the south end of the house and features a single overhead garage door enclosing a two-car garage and a secondary pedestrian entrance. |
