Additional Information: | 2023: This one and one-half story single-family residence is a bungalow constructed circa 1910. It is rectangular in plan with a front-gabled roof pierced by gabled wall dormers. The foundation is quarried stone. The original exterior cladding has been covered or replaced with Perma-Stone cementitious veneer. The moderately overhanging eaves remain closed with original wood plank soffit and wood fascia. All roof components are covered in asphalt shingle; all gable ends feature pent eave returns. A full-width enclosed hip roof porch spans the principal (north) elevation. The porch is glazed with one-over-one wood sash windows that are placed in pairs and in a bank of four below an unornamented frieze band. The porch entrance is offset and consists of a six-lite wood panel door flanked by divided sidelights. A pair of one-over-one windows is centered immediately above the porch. The windows throughout the house are one-over-one windows that are placed in pairs and individually. |
