NOTES
Additional Information:2023: This one and one-half story single-family residence is a cross gabled vernacular form constructed circa 1910. It is rectangular in plan consisting of the original cross-gabled house and a one-story full-width shed roof rear addition. The foundation is rock-faced concrete block. The original exterior cladding material has been covered or replaced with vinyl siding. All roof components are covered in asphalt shingle, and the eaves are enclosed with aluminum soffit and fascia. All gable ends feature pent eave returns. A full-width open-air hipped porch spans the principal elevation. It is supported on unfluted columns and an unornamented frieze. A picket balustrade frames the porch. The primary entrance is offset in the principal (south) elevation below the porch. A large single pane fixed sash window is west of the entrance and a one-over-one window is to the east; both are replacements. A pair of one-over-one windows are centered immediately above the porch.
