NOTES
Additional Information:2023: This one and one-half story single-family residence is a Craftsman style bungalow type house constructed circa 1920. It is irregular in plan with a broad side-gabled roof that features a shed roof dormer on the front (north) roof slope and has been appended at the rear of the house with a second story rear-gabled addition. The foundation is uncoursed quarried stone. The original exterior cladding has been covered with vinyl siding; the underside of the characteristically wide overhanging eaves has been closed with aluminum soffit. The roof is covered in asphalt shingle. A partial-width open air front porch is offset and recessed into the east end of the principal (north) elevation below the broad sweeping roof. A smaller, lower side-gable roof projects slightly beyond the gable end and eaves of the main roof to fully shelter the porch. The porch is supported on square posts atop a frame knee wall that is delineated by square piers at each corner. The porch is accessed via poured concrete stairs that are lined on one side with an uncharacteristic wrought iron railing. The primary entrance is sheltered below the porch in the north elevation; a four-over-one cottage type window is also below the porch in the east elevation. West of the entrance porch, a bank of four four-over-one wood sash windows is centered in the north elevation. The east elevation features a slightly projecting rectangular bay window consisting of a central cottage type window flanked by replacement one-over-one hung sash windows. The west elevation features a brick exterior end wall chimney that pierces through the north roof slope and is flanked on either side by four-over-one wood sash windows. In the shed roof dormer, the original windows have been replaced with incompatible one-by-one casement windows. Elsewhere, the windows are replacement one-over-one hung sash windows.
