Additional Information: | 2023: This one and one-half story single-family dwelling is an example of an early twentieth century Bungalow type house constructed circa 1910. It is rectangular in plan; the front-gabled roof features pent eave returns in the gable ends and is broken by identical shed roof wall dormers rising from the eave walls. The foundations is rock-faced concrete block. The original exterior cladding has been covered or replaced with asbestos siding. All roof components are clad in standing seam metal. The principal elevation faces north toward 10th Avenue and features a one-story, full-width front-gabled porch that is supported by tapered square columns atop a frame knee wall. A single cottage type windows is offset in the principal elevation below the porch; the windows are otherwise replacement one-over-one hung sash windows that are placed in pairs and individually. The rear porch is a partial-width enclosed porch that is offset to the east. |
