NOTES
Additional Information:This 1-story Contemporary building was constructed in 1980 as the Household Utilities Company. It is rectangular in plan with rough stone veneer and concrete block walls and a flat roof with an overhang clad in wood board along the front facade. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in composition with an entrance at the eastern end of the façade. The entrance consists of a metal-framed, tinted glass door with matching transom and two single-pane shop windows. West of the entrance is an expanse of unbroken wall space with a recess clad in wood board at the western end of the façade; this recess may have originally contained a bank of windows, but currently contains wall-mounted signage.
