NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Front-Gabled house was constructed c.1900 and features very modest elements of the Queen Anne style. It is rectangular in plan with aluminum siding and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces north and features a full-width hipped-roof porch that has been enclosed with stone veneer and vertical board siding along its northern wall; the same wall features a single door, a large picture window, and a small sliding window. Above this are two singly-placed 1-over-1 windows at the second story and a small, Palladian-inspired window arrangement at the attic level. The east elevation facing 7th Street contains a secondary entrance that is sheltered by a hipped roof entry porch with columnar supports and modern wood decking and railings. A three-sided bay with single-pane windows is also located on the east elevation; the bay window is capped by a hipped roof with decorative spandrel panels that feature turned wood pendants at each corner.
