NOTES
Additional Information:This 1 ½ story Craftsman bungalow was constructed c.1915. It is rectangular in plan with a brick-clad foundation wall, clapboard siding, and a metal-shingled side-gabled roof with overhanging eaves, exposed rafter ends, and triangular brackets. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in composition with a full-width, recessed, enclosed porch. The porch features a brick knee wall with tapered wood supports that rest on squared brick piers. Banks of 3-over-1 windows serve to enclose the porch along its front and side walls; a single front door is located off-center in the front (east) wall; the door is accented by side panels and a narrow 2-over-1 window on one side. A front-gabled dormer projects from the center of the front roof slope; the dormer features overhanging eaves with triangular brackets and a recessed balcony containing a wood panel door flanked by 3-over-1 windows. A rectangular bay window containing a bank of three 3-over-1 windows is located on the building’s south elevation; the bay window is capped by a shed roof with exposed rafter ends.
