NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Tudor Revival house was constructed c.1930. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and an asphalt-shingled, front-gabled roof. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in composition with a nested gable arrangement consisting of a steeply-pitched front-gabled, 1-story entry bay at the north end of the façade with a larger gable rising above this. The larger gable features a catslide southern slope. The front door is centered in the entry bay and is accented by a classically-inspired surround with a broken pediment; the door is accessed via a brick stoop with metal handrails. A small, rectangular brickwork detail is located below the gable of the entry bay. South of the entry bay is a bank of four 6-over-1 windows. South of this, under the catslide portion of the roof is a round-arched doorway containing a wood panel door with glazing in its upper half, similarly styled sidelights, and a 2-pane round-arched transom. A pair of 6-over-1 windows is located at the second story of the facade. A small 1-over-1 window is located at the attic level below the gable.
