NOTES
Additional Information:This 1-story Ranch house was constructed c.1950. It is irregular in plan with stone veneer and vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces north and is asymmetrical in composition. The house is comprised of two primary masses, the northernmost of which is clad in stone veneer while a vinyl-sided mass projects from the east side of this to create an ell within which is located a round-cornered bay. This bay is clad in stone veneer and contains single-pane picture windows in each of its exposed sides. The front door is located in the east wall of the northernmost building mass and is accessed via a shallow stoop. The northern wall of the stone veneered mass contains a multi-pane round window and another large, single-pane picture window. The wall below and west of the picture window is clad in board-and-batten with a small area of board-and-batten cladding arranged in a stepped pattern east of the picture window.
