Additional Information:This 1 ½ story Dutch Colonial Revival house was constructed c.1960. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and an asphalt-shingled gambrel roof with a 1-story board-and-batten, gable-roofed garage projecting from the west elevation. The front elevation faces north; the main building mass (excluding the garage) is symmetrical in composition with a central front door flanked by two 1-over-1 windows on each side; all windows are embellished with decorative shutters. The north elevation of the garage wing features paired and singly-placed 1-over-1 windows; the vehicular entrance is located in the west elevation.
