NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story American Foursquare house was constructed c.1910. It is rectangular in plan with vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in composition due to an off-center door. A 1-story, hipped-roof, enclosed porch spans the width of the façade; the porch features banks of narrow 1-over-1 windows along its front façade with the front door located near the east end. The door is flanked by narrow sidelights. The second story of the front façade contains two singly-placed 12-over-1 windows with decorative shutters. Hipped-roof dormers project from the front and side roof slopes.
