It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office The house originally began as a 12x20 ice shed. Around 1930, the building was enlarged to 24x20 and remodeled into a one-bedroom house. Around 1940, the house was expanded with the addition of two small bedrooms and around 1950, a garage was added. The one-story house has a hip roof over the main block and is sided with asbestos shingles. The garage extends from one end of the house. There is a gable with opening on the main elevation and exposed rafters under the eaves. Other openings are varied, some filled with single light sashes, some rectangular with multi-light windows.
