Additional Information:The Hillcrest Townhomes complex includes four similar c.1980 buildings with Tudor Revival features. Each building is two stories with a clipped side-gable roof clad in asphalt shingles, a concrete foundation, and rectangular plan. The first story is clad in brick veneer and the upper story is clad in stucco with faux half-timbering. Windows are paired, tripartite units with stone sills on the first story and sliding units on the second story. Entries on the front (north) facades are located under projecting clipped gables.
