Additional Information: | This 1-story Ranch house was constructed c.1965. It is L-shaped in plan with aluminum and composition board siding and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in composition with aluminum siding along the lower half of the façade and composition board (T1-11) along the upper half. The front entrance is located in a small bay located within the ell created by the two primary building masses and is accessed via a small platform deck with vinyl railings. On each side of the entry, in each face of the two primary building masses, are bow windows comprised of five single-pane casements. The south façade of the northernmost building mass contains a single garage door. The house is built into a rise so that the eastern (rear) elevation features an exposed basement and a second garage bay that appears to be a later addition. |
