NOTES
Additional Information:This 1-story Brutalist office building was constructed in 1970. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a flat roof. The front elevation faces east and is symmetrical in composition with a recessed center entrance flanked by full-height sidelights; a stuccoed panel is located above the front door. Full-height brick piers flank the entry bay with full-height windows on either side of these; small areas of stucco cap the upper portions of the windows. On each side of these, at the outside corners of the east elevation, unadorned expanses of brick project beyond the recessed entry bay; the northernmost of these contains a series of mounted signboards indicating the businesses located within. The north elevation is similarly styled with a projecting center bay that is accented by bands of stucco trim across its upper and lower edges; a ribbon of single-pane windows is located at the basement level below the projecting center bay. Large expanses of unadorned brick are located on either side of the projecting center bay.
