NOTES
Additional Information:This 1-story Contemporary building was constructed in 1967. The building consists of an office mass and a series of telescoping warehouse masses that project from the south elevation of the office. The office building is rectangular in plan with stone veneer and board and batten (or faux board and batten) siding, and an asymmetrically pitched gable roof with widely overhanging eaves. The front elevation faces north and contains a glass entry door near the center of the façade. A large picture window is located west of the entrance; west of this is a large expanse of wall clad in stone veneer and bearing lettering reading “Schaus Mechanical Contractors.” East of the front entrance is a series of tall, narrow, single-pane windows; the surrounding wall is clad in board and batten (or possibly metal cladding with the appearance of board and batten) with a stone veneer bulkhead wall below. The warehouse additions appear to be of concrete block construction with low-pitched gable roofs. The latest of these was constructed in 1982.
