| Additional Information: | Surveyed by UWM-CRM in 2023 as part of CTH A reconstruction project. This one story Ranch was built in 1958. The house has a compact rectangular plan with a hipped roof. The exterior walls are clad in stone veneer and the roof has asphalt shingles. The front door is located near the center of the west (front) elevation and appears to retain the historic two-light wood door. A stoop with stone walls and entry stairs is located at the front door. The living room is located on the north side of the elevation and contains a large picture window flanked by casements. The south part of the front elevation contains two pairs of one-over-one double hung vinyl windows. A detached garage is located at the rear of the parcel, east of the house. The garage is clad in vinyl siding and appears to be of recent construction. |
