NOTES
Additional Information:This Two Story Cube house was constructed c.1880. It is rectangular in plan with red brick walls and a metal-clad hipped roof with moderately overhanging eaves. Historically, the front elevation faced southwest; this elevation contains a single entrance at the south end of the facade with two singly-placed 1-over-1 windows at the first story and three singly-placed 1-over-1 windows at the second story, the placement of which is mirrored by the door and windows at the first story. The windows and door have segmentally-arched brick hoods. The door is accessed by a modern wood deck (the ghost of the building’s original full-width porch is visible between the first and second stories). The current front elevation faces southeast with an enclosed, frame porch projecting from the east corner of the house; this is clad in vinyl siding and features a metal-clad, gable roof. Immediately south of this, projecting from the main building mass is a 1-story bay of brick construction containing two 1-over-1 windows with segmentally-arched crowns.
