Additional Information:This small, 1-story Contemporary building was constructed c.1940 and served as an insurance office. It is rectangular in plan with a brick façade and concrete block side walls and a stepped roof. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in composition with a single door and a large picture window. Both the window and door appear to be recent replacements and are sheltered by canvas awnings. Additional awning-covered windows are located in the building’s exposed south wall. The building currently serves as a real estate office.
