Additional Information:This 1-story Contemporary small office building was constructed c.1950 to serve as an insurance office. It is rectangular in plan with a brick façade, concrete block side and rear walls, and a flat roof with an overhanging front eave that is accented by a scroll-cut bargeboard. The front elevation faces west and contains a single metal-framed glass door and three windows (including one picture window and two picture windows flanked by single-pane windows). All windows are accented by decorative wood shutters and window boxes.
