Additional Information:This 1-story Contemporary building was constructed c.1990 to serve as the Saether Funeral Parlor. The building is rectangular in plan with brick and clapboard walls and a flat roof hidden behind a wide parapet. The front elevation faces west and is symmetrical in composition with a central door flanked by two large picture windows on each side. An asphalt-shingled pent roof shelters the storefront; the parapet above this contains regularly spaced exterior lights with decorative paneling along the top edge.
