| Additional Information: | 2022 - This industrial property was constructed circa 1950. The primary elevation faces north, with a two-story office block adjacent to the roadway and a one-story production shed behind. The office block is two stories in height with a concrete block foundation and a flat roof. It is clad in red brick with a wide stucco cornice atop the second story. The primary elevation features an off-center, slightly projecting bay that contains the main entrance sheltered beneath a flat-roof awning. Single pane aluminum windows are found throughout, in banks of three to the west of the entrance bay and singly and in pairs to the east. All window openings have plain concrete sills and lintels with a central keystone in the cornice. A plain metal coping is located at the top of the cornice. The one story production shed to the south features a low-slope gabled roof and receiving bay on the western elevation. |
