NOTES
Additional Information:This small animal barn was constructed c.1940 and was later converted to a garage; the wall of south-facing windows and chimney remain to indicate the building’s prior use as a small animal barn. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, clapboard siding, and a metal-clad gabled roof with exposed rafter ends. A newer single-bay garage door is located in the east elevation, as is a pedestrian-scale doorway that has been boarded over on the building’s interior; above these, a small 4-pane window is located below the gable end. The north elevation contains no fenestration. The south elevation contains a row of seven singly-placed 4-over-4 windows with simple wood surrounds. The west elevation contains an off-center red brick chimney that spans the height of the wall and projects through the roof eave; a small window is located just below the gable.
