Additional Information:This small, 1-story vernacular cottage was constructed c.1915. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete block foundation, clapboard walls, and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The building is comprised of a side-gabled mass and a front-gabled mass, both of which are flush across the primary façade. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in composition with a door and single 1-over-1 window in the front-gabled half and a single 1-over-1 window in the side-gabled half. The door features cottage-style glazing in its upper third.
