NOTES
Additional Information:This 1-story Contemporary building was constructed c.1941 as Roberts Motors, a Ford sales and service center. The building is irregular in plan with a concrete foundation, concrete block and poured concrete walls, and an asphalt-shingled hipped and gable roof. The building consists of two distinct masses: a hipped roof mass at the west (front) end of the complex and a broad, hipped-roof mass in back (east) of this. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in composition with an asphalt-shingled awning spanning the facade. A metal-framed glass door is flanked by picture windows with brick sills. The northwest corner of the façade is rounded while the southwest corner is angled to accommodate additional frontage with a large picture window. Garage bays are located in the west face of the rear building mass.
