NOTES
Additional Information:Friendship Motor Court was constructed in 1953 and consists of 6 buildings: an office/manager’s residence, 4 individual cottages (each of which contains 2-3 lodging rooms), and 1 garage. The property also contains an original, freestanding neon sign. The office/manager’s residence is a small vernacular building comprised of a front-gabled mass and a side-gabled mass, both of which are flush across the façade. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, aluminum siding, and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces west and contains a pair of 1-over-1 windows in the front-gabled mass and a doorway and larger pair of 1-over-1 windows in the side-gabled mass.
