NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Front Gabled house was constructed c.1940. It is rectangular in plan with stone veneer and red brick walls and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces north, is clad in stone veneer, and is symmetrical in plan with a central doorway flanked by large window openings on each side; the eastern window opening contains a newer pair of sliding windows while the western window opening contains an original 2-over-2 window. A recently-constructed pergola has been constructed at the front entrance, providing access to the front door via a wooden ramp. The second story of the primary façade contains two singly-placed 1-over-1 windows with metal awnings. The side elevations are clad in red brick with stone veneer window crowns. Wide shed-roofed dormers span nearly the full length of the roof slopes on both side elevations. A 1-story attached garage with two individual bays projects from the building’s rear elevation.
