| Additional Information: | 2021: This 1-story Ranch house was constructed c.1975. It is rectangular in plan with brick and board and batten walls and an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof with a projecting front-gabled bay near the center of the front elevation. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in composition with a 2-car attached garage at the western end; the garage contains a single, modern overhead garage door. The front-gabled bay at the center of the elevation contains a picture window with flanking 1-over-1 windows and a recessed front door (sheltered beneath a glass storm door). The wall above the windows is clad in vertical bands of clapboard; just east of this, the brick cladding spans the full height of the wall (elsewhere the brick clad only the lower half of the walls). The east end of the front elevation contains two small pairs of 1-over-1 windows just below the roofline. The building is a variation of the same plan used at 4058 CTH Q. |
