NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Queen Anne house was constructed c.1890. It is rectangular in plan with stucco and vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in composition. A 1-story, mansard-roofed porch with flaring eaves spans the façade and wraps around a portion of the north elevation. The majority of the west side of the porch is enclosed with a bank of seven 3-over-1 windows with vinyl siding cladding the surrounding wall space (this portion of the porch was likely enclosed in the 1920s or 1930s based on the Craftsman-style windows that were used). Tuscan columns support the open end of the porch. The main building mass is clad in stucco. The second story of the façade contains a pair of 1-over-1 windows in a projecting front-gabled mass. Another 1-over-1 window is located north of this. The gable end is pedimented with an asphalt-shingled pent roof serving as the base of the pediment. A three-sided, two-story bay projects from the south elevation.
