NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Craftsman bungalow was constructed c.1915. It is rectangular in plan with stucco walls and a metal-clad, side-gabled roof with boxed eaves. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in composition. A recessed porch spans the width of the façade and has been enclosed with a variety of windows shaped to fit the arched porch openings. A concrete stoop with metal hand rails is located at the southern end of the porch. A front-gabled dormer projects from the front roof slope; the dormer contains a pair of 1-over-1 windows. Heavy beams are located under the eaves of the gable ends; these appear to be partly enclosed in aluminum or vinyl (in keeping with the boxed eaves). A shallow bay window projects from the south elevation; this is sheltered under a metal-clad shed roof.
