NOTES
Additional Information:This one-story Contemporary building was constructed circa 1975. Constructed of concrete block laid in stacked bond, it is asymmetrical in plan with a flat roof and at-grade foundation. The building features a massive shed-roof entryway awning and carport that extends out from the primary northeast elevation, and a wide heavy cornice clad in narrow diagonal boards that wraps around the northern portion of the building. Windows are arranged in pairs with fixed paned aluminum sashes. Raked stone detailing is present in the panels below each window, and also bands the entire building between the window lintels and wide overhanging eaves. A utilitarian, metal-sided addition has been added to the building’s southeast elevation.
