NOTES
Additional Information:Surveyed 2020: This rectangular, single-story building is oriented on an east/west axis and located about 25 feet north of E. Waupaca Street. The Embarrass River is immediately to the north. Although the fabrication has a gently pitched, hipped roof with wide eaves that is sheathed with asphalt shingles, and therefore appears Ranch-like, the fabrication’s original roof was flat , a feature more commonly associated with Contemporary structures. Symmetry is the primary characteristic of the building which is constructed of long, narrow, courses of quarried stone. The primary entrance is to the left (west) of center in the south wall facing the street, to the left of which is a large, nine-light (three-over-three) window. Two such windows are to the right (east) of the entrance. Flanking the doorway are two panels (likely covering sidelights), each with advertising for the Thrivent Financial Services business presently inside. A single-light transom is above the door. Two nine-light windows are also on the east and west endwalls, those on the east being separated by a pedestrian door. All windows have quarried stone sills.
