| Additional Information: | This 2-story Contemporary office building was constructed in 1970. It is rectangular in plan with light-colored brick walls and a flat roof. The front elevation faces southwest and is symmetrical in plan with a center bay containing the front entrance (a metal-framed glass door with matching sidelight) and a large single-pane window at the second story. Bays on each side contain identical window banks at the first and second stories; these consists of large single-pane windows with smaller, 2-pane sliding windows below. Second story windows are capped by projecting metal hoods with arched lower edges. A similarly styled projecting metal awning is located above the first-story entrance. The remainder of the wall space along the façade is unbroken brick. |
