| Additional Information: | 01/2021: The property includes two remnant historic-age outbuildings (a and b) associated with a non-historic-age dwelling and commercial scale agricultural complex. Resource a is ca. 1950 shed. The banked shed (a) features a rounded barrel vault roof with two vents, vertical wood cladding, a concrete block foundation wall, and a central bay opening. Resource b is a ca. 1960 pole barn located southwest of the shed (a). It features a linear plan, a side-gabled metal roof, and corrugated metal siding. An open shed-roof extension with wood supports extends across the primary façade. No additional details were visible from the public ROW. According to historic aerial imagery the banked shed (a) is on site by 1955 (NETR 2020). The pole barn (b) is visible by the 1982 aerial (NETR 2020). Both resources (a and b) are depicted on the 1962 Lancaster quadrangle map along with a presumed dwelling that has been replaced (USGS 1962). |
