Additional Information: | 2021: This two-and-one-half-story Craftsman house was constructed c.1920. It is clad in brick veneer and has wide clapboard siding on the second floor and dormers; the foundation is brick. The hip roof is covered with asphalt shingles, and has clipped gable dormers and an exterior brick chimney on the side (east) elevation. Windows are wood multi-over-one hung sash with wood surrounds in single, paired, and triple configurations. A hip-roof box bay is on the side (west) elevation. The offset front entrance is flanked by a one-story hexagonal hip-roof extension, and a raised porch with a brick knee wall and concrete coping. The offset entry is sheltered by a hip-roof with scrolled brackets, and consists of a wood panel and multi-light door with sidelights. A c.1920, frame, clipped gable garage is north of the house. |
