Additional Information: | 2021: This one-and-one-half-story, frame, c.1945 Minimal Traditional house has a rectangular plan. It is clad in horizontal wood siding and has stone-veneer on the front (south) facade, an exterior brick chimney on the side (west) elevation, and a concrete foundation. The side-gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles, and has two gable dormers on the symmetrical facade. Two bay windows flank the main entry door, which has a classically-inspired surround with fluted pilasters. Windows are fixed and one-over-one replacement units. A c.1945, frame, gable garage is north/northeast of the house. |
