Additional Information:This concrete railroad bridge was constructed in 1916 by the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad to carry multiple tracks over S. Florida Street. The bridge is of reinforced concrete construction with modern steel cable railings along both sides of the deck. The outer walls of the concrete deck are stamped with rectangular imprints. Rows of squared concrete piers serve as vertical supports with concrete abutments at each end. The bridge measures approximately 100 feet in length.
